The hotel is centrally located in Downtown Akron, within walking distance of the train station and city life. The rooms are modern and comfortable, but there is room for improvement in customer service. The dining experience is delightful, featuring seriously yummy Pork Belly. The facilities are well-equipped and functional, offering convenience for guests.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated with modern furnishings, but there was much to desire in terms of customer service. The location was conveniently close to the Akron area and city life, although the dining options were not included in my rate.
